Do I need a permit to replace a light fixture, fan, light switch, or receptacle?
No, you don’t need a permit for like-for-like replacements such as swapping out a light fixture, ceiling fan, switch, or receptacle. That’s when we step in and provide quality, hassle-free installation. However, if you are adding new wiring or altering the electrical system, then a permit is required.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Absolutely. We provide a lifetime warranty on all installations. We stand behind our craftsmanship so you can enjoy complete peace of mind.

We serve Edmonton and the surrounding areas, including nearby communities.
How much do you charge for installing a light fixture?
Our pricing is straightforward: Standard light fixture: $75+ for the first one Complex/decorative fixture: $100+ for the first one 50% discount on each additional fixture installed during the same visit. Prices may vary based on fixture weight, ceiling height, or wiring conditions. Free quotes are always available.
How fast can I book an appointment?
We get back to all inquiries as quickly as possible, and never later than 24 hours. You can contact us anytime by phone, text, or email for booking or a free quote.
Do I need to provide my own fixtures, switches, or receptacles?
We prefer that you provide your own light fixtures and devices so you can choose the exact style you want. They must be CSA approved. If needed, we can supply standard switches and receptacles.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No — quotes are always free. We only charge a $75 minimum once you approve the work and we begin the job.
