Light Fixture Installation / Replacement

  • Standard Light Fixture: $75+ for the first fixture (50% off each additional fixture)
  • Complex / Decorative Light Fixture: $100+ for the first fixture (50% off each additional fixture)

Ceiling Fans

  • Ceiling Fan Installation: $100 – $200 (Price varies based on weight, height, and complexity)

Troubleshooting & Repairs

  • Troubleshooting / Minor Electrical Repairs: $75 per hour
  • Standard Receptacle Replacement: Included under the $75/hr rate
  • GFCI Receptacle Installation: Included under the $75/hr rate
  • Light Switch Replacement: Included under the $75/hr rate

Discount: Each additional receptacle, switch, or GFCI replaced during the same visit receives a 50% discount on labour time

We also offer special discounts for Seniors & Veterans (10% off all services) and Multiple Installations (50% off labour for additional fixtures, switches, or receptacle replacements in the same visit).
